HVCUE is a 501 (C) 3 organization in New Jersey that provides immediate and ongoing support to communities. Our primary tools are education, civic engagement, voter registration and mobilization.

To empower individuals to achieve more significant input in their communities and surroundings.
To build bridges to connect for self-empowerment and to work in conjunction with our community partners.

HVCUE visualizes New Jersey communities interacting to build power and strength, forming strong alliances to provide knowledge, promote independence, and provide ongoing opportunities for empowerment and growth.
